A place in your Share menu.
Use Apple Shortcuts to save from Safari, Chrome, or another app that shares a link.
Create a credential for your phone.
Open Connection credentials in Settings. Name this device iPhone Shortcut, choose Capture only under Access, and select Create.
Open Settings & connectionsCopy the credential when it appears, then use the setup link in Settings to return to this guide. Your credential is shown only once.
Add the Save to Library Shortcut.
Download the Shortcut on your iPhone or iPad. Open it in Shortcuts and choose Add Shortcut. Enter the capture address below and paste your new credential when prompted.
Download Save to LibraryThe import questions did not appear.
Open the Shortcut’s editor. Below its opening comment, replace the first Text action with the capture address and the second with your credential.
Share one good find.
Open a webpage in Safari or Chrome. Tap Share (in Safari’s compact layout, open More first), scroll through the actions, and choose Save to Library. Allow the Shortcut to connect to CaptureMem when asked.

Check your library
Save to Library is missing from the Share menu.
In Shortcuts, edit Save to Library, open its Details, and turn on Show in Share Sheet. Confirm it accepts URLs and Text, then return to the webpage and open Share again.

You can share its post link when Instagram offers one. CaptureMem may be unable to read private or restricted posts. Automatic extraction of repository names from carousel images is still in development.
I use Android.
Copy the page address, open CaptureMem in your browser, choose Save a link, and paste the URL. A native Android share target is not available in this release. The Chrome extension works on desktop, not mobile Chrome.
