Application and eligibility

The Creator Program is an agreement between you and the operator of CaptureMem, referred to as “CaptureMem,” “we,” or “us.” You may create a free creator profile, but referral links and codes require approval before use. You must provide accurate contact and payout information, be legally able to enter this agreement, and comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to your posts.

You participate as an independent creator. This agreement does not create employment, agency, a joint venture, or authority to make commitments for CaptureMem. You are responsible for your content, business expenses, and taxes.

Customer offer and attribution

Your personal link uses a 30-day attribution window. A valid creator promo code entered during checkout takes priority over a referral cookie. Each customer can be assigned to one creator, and self-referrals do not qualify.

The promo code gives an eligible new subscriber 50% off the first invoice of CaptureMem Unlimited: $10 for the first month at the current $20 monthly price, followed by the standard monthly price unless the customer cancels. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, combined unless checkout allows it, or used on an existing subscription.

Commission tiers and earning window

Your rate starts at 20%. It rises to 30% after 10 paid referrals, 40% after 25, and 50% after 50. A higher tier applies to future eligible invoices across your active referrals; it does not rewrite commissions already recorded.

Unless the portal shows an updated rule you accept, commissions use subscription revenue actually collected after discounts and refunds, excluding tax and before payment processing fees. Each customer’s earning window begins with their first paid invoice and ends 12 calendar months later. Canceling or resubscribing does not restart that window.

Refunds, disputes, duplicate payments, and reversals adjust the commission ledger. An adjustment can reduce unpaid earnings or carry forward against future earnings when a related commission has already been paid.

Clear, truthful promotion

Only make claims that reflect your honest experience and that you can support. Do not impersonate CaptureMem, mislead people about pricing or features, send spam, use deceptive traffic, buy your own subscription through the program, or place the code on coupon directories without written permission.

Clearly disclose your financial relationship wherever you recommend CaptureMem. Put plain language such as “I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link” where people will notice it with the endorsement. For video, say the disclosure and show it on screen. A platform’s paid-partnership tool can help, but it may not be sufficient by itself.

CaptureMem may ask you to correct or remove inaccurate, infringing, deceptive, or noncompliant promotion. We may review traffic and payment patterns to investigate fraud or abuse.

Month-end payouts and records

Add a Cash App cashtag or Venmo handle that belongs to you. After each month closes in America/Chicago time, CaptureMem prepares eligible earnings, freezes the destination and amount, sends the payment manually, and records the transaction reference in your portal. Refund or dispute holds can delay a payment until the amount is clear.

You must promptly report an incorrect destination or payment. Do not send passwords, full bank details, or tax IDs through the portal. CaptureMem may request a Form W-9 or other tax documentation through a separate secure process before payment and may issue required tax reporting. You remain responsible for reporting your income.

Pauses, changes, and ending participation

Either party may end future participation by written notice. CaptureMem may immediately pause new referrals for suspected fraud, legal or platform violations, security risk, or material breach. A pause does not silently erase valid commissions already earned; eligible payments remain subject to refunds, disputes, the 12-month window, and these terms.
